How to order

Thank you for shopping with heart-to-art. I hope you will be delighted with your print order or original painting.

To order and buy, simply choose from one of the 3 following options;

  1. Order prints and pay online using the secure PayPal payment system.
  2. Print out the order form provided to send your order and cheque by post.
  3. Make your print order or painting reservation by telephone on 01787 28 28 20.

1 - If ordering prints online

Choose your goods using the 'Buy Now' symbol. Once you have selected all the items you require, use the 'Checkout with PayPal' option on the checkout page. Once redirected to PayPal, you will need to fill in your personal and card payment details, or you can sign in to your PayPal account if you already have one. Once the order has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email to say that your payment has been received and, later, that your goods have been despatched.

2 - If sending a print order form

Print out the order form provided and fill in all your details along with your print order codes and titles. Send a cheque for the full amount, including postage, made payable to Lucy Grossmith to;

*For cheque payments, your goods will be despatched on receipt and clearance of your cheque. Please allow up to 21 days for delivery.

3 - To order prints or reserve paintings by telephone

Make your print order or painting reservation by calling 01787 28 28 20. Have ready the item code, title and price for each item. You will then be asked to send a cheque for the full amount, including postage, to heart-to-art. Or if you prefer, a PayPal invoice for the full amount can be sent to your email address and you can pay securely online by PayPal.

*If paying by cheque, your goods will be despatched on receipt and clearance of your cheque. Please allow up to 21 days for delivery.
